Q: How do I receive an estimate and is there a cost associated with this?
A: Just contact us by phone, email, or through our Request A Quote page and we will schedule a time to meet with you to discuss your needs. There is absolutely no charge or obligation for this visit.
Q: Is Jackson Exteriors and Insulation Co., Inc. licensed and insured?
A: The State of Illinois does not require licenses for exterior and insulation contractors; however, we do carry licensing in all municipalities that have this requirement. We are fully insured, carrying liability and workman’s compensation and a certificate of insurance, listing complete coverages, will be sent to you by our insurance agent, at your request, upon acceptance of our proposal.

A: Absolutely and happily! After 35+ years in business we have over 15,000 satisfied customers and references from your area will be sent to you upon request
Q: In what work areas do you provide installations?
A: We provide installations in McHenry County, Lake County, Kane County and NW suburban Cook County.
Q: Do you require deposits with orders?
A: We only require deposits with custom made product installations. For stock/standard products, we do not require deposits with orders.
Q: I have an issue with my home that is not specifically addressed by your website, how can I receive advice on my issue?
A: Just call! We pride ourselves on returning phone calls; most often on the same day. If your issue falls outside the scope of our work, we will happily refer you to the right craftsmen for a solution.
